Opportunities – did you miss any today?

Everything you will ever need to be successful in your life and in your career or business is closer than you might think.

Most of us don’t realize that we are capable of so much more than we ever strive to be or strive to achieve.

 

It’s taken me 15 years to reach this wonderful and exciting point in my journey. I would have never dreamt I was capable of doing what I’ve done in the past year.

 

The impact of my past experiences resulted in my negative programming, low self-worth and have been huge roadblocks. All of these things had my brain and my heart programmed and set up for a plan of failure, and unhappiness. Even when things went well and good things would happen, I would subconsciously find a way to sabotage them.

 

I am very thankful to be at this place in my life where I like who I am, and I love what I do. It’s taken a long time, lots of learning, and commitment; but it was all worth it because I’m finally on purpose with my life.

 

It is the most liberating, incredible feeling of joy, excitement and wonder to know that I have arrived. I am doing what I was meant to do, and it makes my life fulfilling and worthwhile.

 

It feels so good to be going into the New Year with self-assurance and excitement; for all the wonderful experiences I will have and for all the people’s lives I will touch in a positive and meaningful way.

 

You have a meaningful purpose, too. You’ve had it all along. You just need someone to teach you and show you how to tap into it, and how to get past all the walls, and roadblocks.

 

You just need someone to believe in you and see in you what you don’t see in yourself. Others’ see us as much more than we ever see ourselves. Stop and think about it. Are there people in your life who you believe in much more than they believe in themselves?

 

All it takes for you to start seeing it and believing it, is for you to change the programming in your head and in your heart. There are specific steps to learning how to do this. I know because I’ve learned how to do this.

 

And, if I can do this with the roadblocks I had, then seriously folks, anyone can do this. You just have to commit to learning more about you.

 

Your mission, should you choose to accept it..., is to keep your eyes and ears open so you can see the opportunities as they show up. It may be in the form of a book; an article in a magazine; a profound statement in a movie or even a commercial; a workshop or course; or the unexpected message from a stranger or acquaintance.

 

There’s a proverb that says “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. I have experienced this many times and I am always amazed at how true that statement is.

 

You truly are so much more than you know. Are you ready for the greatest treasure hunt of your life?
